This feature allows Android and iOS Duo Mobile users to back up their Duo-protected accounts and recover them when they get a new device no help desk ticket needed. In this example, the work profile applies an MDM setting to require a stronger 6-digit alphanumeric password. Provide your users with the ability to back up and restore their Duo Mobile app with Duo Restore.

Open Google Duo and sign in with your credentials. If Google Duo isn’t showing your contacts on your Android device, it could be due to the presence of corrupt cache files. Sign into Surface Duo with Android Enterprise Work Profile Again, open Settings and navigate to Apps > All apps > Duo.
